大學英檢考生身分證件補驗證說明 Process of Identity Verification for CSEPT Candidates

因應目前學校實施遠距教學，考量到部分考生已不在高雄地區，本中心將以下列兩種方式進行身分補驗證作業，敬請考試當天(5/7或5/8)未帶證件之考生詳讀以下說明及注意事項：

	方法一：親自到場驗證	方法二：線上驗證(Microsoft Teams)
說明	攜帶「身分證」或「健保卡+學生證」。到校時告知警衛你要至英/外診中心進行大學英檢身分補驗證即可。至英/外診中心(露德樓3樓)完成驗證。	寄信至英/外診中心預約驗證時間。預約完成後，本中心會將會議連結寄給您。準時加入會議，並開鏡頭。持「身分證」「健保卡+學生證」於鏡頭前，待本中心人員確認無誤後，即可離開。
期限	即日起至111年5月17日(二)下午5:00止，逾期不受理。

Due to the increasingly difficult epidemic situation, LDCC will carry out identity verification in the following two ways. Candidates who did not bring their identity documents on May 7th or May 8th are kindly requested to read the following instructions:

	In-person verification	Online Verification (Microsoft Teams)
Steps	Bring your “ID card” or “NHI card+ student ID” to LDCC. When you arrive, inform the security guard of your purpose of coming to school. Come to LDCC (3^rd floor at Lourde Hall) to verify your identity.	Make a reservation with LDCC via email (ldcc@mail.wzu.edu.tw). We will email Teams Link once the reservation is accepted. Join the meeting on time and turn on your camera. Show us your “ID card” or “NHI card+ student ID” until we have completed the verification process.
Deadline	Before 17:00 on May 17^th
