主旨:本校第8周(4/6~4/11)課程將全面進行【線上同步教學】,敬請同學先熟悉相關軟體操作方式/【Important letter】Familiarize yourselves with relevant software program and get ready for synchronous online learning for all classes in the 8th week (April 6 ~ April 11)

Dear Students,
Our warmest greetings to all students at Wenzao!
Due to the deadly threatening COVID-19 all over the world, some high schools and universities in Taiwan have been enormously influenced. They have been forced to either completely shut down or partially close. For the sake of all stakeholders at Wenzao, continuous meetings were held on March 17 and 18. We’d like to draw your attention to the very important announcement. Please do abide by the list below.
1. In the 8th week (April 6 ~ April 11) all courses will be taught synchronously. Both teachers and students will stay home working on the regular courses online on the basis of the weekly schedule. All students and teachers should then come back for the midterm examination in the 9th week.
2. Since Zoom is to be used in the week, we’d like to encourage you to download the software ‘Zoom’ and get familiar with it so that you can take synchronous classes over the week.
Please confirm with your instructors how software programs are going to be used beforehand and have an orientation with teachers and classmates, including download and practice before spring break. In addition, Center for Faculty Development homepage (https://c014.wzu.edu.tw/) provides hands-on links for students. Please refer to the “distance learning zone for students” for further details in terms of a/synchronous learning, e.g., download and operation guidelines. We sincerely hope that we can minimize the influence of coronavirus through synchronous online learning during the critical epidemic period.
May peace be with you and may God bless us everyone.
Yours truly,
