親愛的同學,因應疫情的急遽變化,請於遠距教學課程期間,切勿於公共場所上課,保護自己也共同保護他人,感謝同學們的配合。

因應新冠病毒疫情持續嚴峻,加強校園人員進出及足跡管理,實施遠距教學期間門禁管理要點如下:

一、教職員部分

1.依照表排在校上班之行政主管及同仁,須實施體溫量測管理,並掃描本校防疫QR Code後入校。

2.專兼任教師非要進入校園者亦須接受體溫量測及掃描本校防疫QR Code後入校。

二、學生部分

1.核准可入校工作之工讀生,依造冊至警衛室之名單核對身分後,體溫量測無虞並掃描本校防疫QR Code後入校。

2.本期間留住宿舍之住宿生,請攜帶學生證且核對當日貼紙顏色無誤,經體溫量測無虞並掃描本校防疫QR Code後入校。

三、因應防疫三級警戒,圖書館自110522日起,停止開放校內及校外人士入館。

四、外包清潔人員、設備維護保養及修繕廠商,一律實名登錄並量測體溫無虞,並掃描本校防疫QR Code後入校。

五、本防疫期間,謝絕周邊鄰居及訪客入校,若公務需洽辦者,須先與校內對口承辦窗口確認後,依照規定實名登錄、換證、體溫量測無虞並掃描本校防疫QR Code後入校。

六、有關各項教務處文件一律採線上申請,請先填妥「文藻外語大學各類證明文件申請表(防疫專用)」,並完成匯款作業(總行代碼:013 匯款帳號:005030021225 匯款戶名:文藻學校財團法人文藻外語大學),確認款項並辦理完成後由學校郵寄送出。日間部學生請寄至註冊組信箱(registration@mail.wzu.edu.tw)、進修部學生請寄寄至教務組信箱(academic.affairs9@mail.wzu.edu.tw)。

七、有關各項學務處申辦業務,以線上申請及郵寄方式辦理,各項WP資料可直接線上列印,若欲加蓋單位章,以郵寄並附回郵方式處理。勞作教育證明、緊急紓困申請等,請來信申請並附回郵以利後續作業。

懇請全校師生共同配合,守護安全健康的校園,再次提醒教職員生若有發燒,或於自主健康管理期間,以及有同住家人實施居家隔離或居家檢疫者,請勿到校。

Guidelines for Access Control of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages During the Remote Learning Period (Revised)

 

The following guidelines for access control during the remote learning period are established due to the ongoing outbreak of Covid-19, in order to improve control of campus access and footprint:

1. For Faculty and Non-Faculty Staff

(1) Administrative executives and staff who are assigned to come to work are required to pass the temperature check and scan QR Code of Wenzao before entering the campus.

(2) Full-time and part-time faculty who need to enter the campus are also required to pass the temperature check and scan QR Code of Wenzao before entering the campus.

2. For Students

(1) Student workers who have been approved to work on campus are required to be identified by the security guard according to the name list, pass the temperature check, and scan QR Code of Wenzao before entering the campus.

(2) Students living in the dormitory are required to show their student ID cards and the sticker with the color specified for the day, pass the temperature check, and scan QR Code of Wenzao before entering the campus.

3. To adapt to Level 3 COVID-19 alert, internal and external parties are not allowed to enter the library starting from May 22, 2021.

4. Providers of outsourced cleaning service and equipment maintenance and repair service must provide their full names, pass the temperature check, and scan QR Code of Wenzao before entering the campus.

5. Neighbors and visitors are not allowed on campus during the epidemic prevention period. Visitors on official business need to confirm their visits with the contact persons of Wenzao, provide their full names, exchange ID cards for visitor passes, pass the temperature check, and scan QR Code of Wenzao, according to regulations, before entering the campus.  

6. Requests for documents to be issued by the Office of Academic Affairs must be made online. Please fill out the Application Form for Various Documents (For Epidemic Prevention) and make the payment (Bank Code: 013, Account Number: 005030021225, Account Name: Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages). After the receipt of payment is verified, the requested documents will be sent by mail. Day Division students should send their applications to the mailbox of the Registration Section (registration@mail.wzu.edu.tw), while students of the Division of Continuing Education should send their applications to the mailbox of the Academic Affairs Section (academic.affairs9@mail.wzu.edu.tw).

7. Requests shall be made to the Office of Student Affairs online or by mail. All types of WP information can be printed online. If the stamp of the Office is required, requests shall be sent with a self-addressed stamped envelope by mail. Requests for Labor Education Certificate and emergency relief fund shall be made by mail; a self-addressed stamped envelope shall be enclosed for subsequent handling.

We kindly ask students, faculty, and non-faculty staff to follow the relevant rules to keep our campus safe and healthy. Please do not enter the campus if you have a fever, are conducting self-health management, or any family member living with you is under home isolation or home quarantine.
