布魯塞爾擔任醫療大使的經歷，也分享從Covid-19爆發初期進行至今在西貢的醫療工作。
帶領聽眾如身歷其境般的，同張醫師一起探索歐洲與亞洲，以台灣醫師的眼光認識近年的全球衛生議題。
Following the publication of his new book, Prof. Dr. Peter Chang will share his experience as a medical doctor
but also as a health diplomat in Geneva, Brussels, and more recently in Saigon
where he worked in a hospital from the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis.
More than a lecture, we invite you to a lively exploration on
how Europe and Asia have addressed the most recent global health issues
through the eyes of a Taiwanese physician.
