公告本校「彈性薪資實施辦法」修正案Announcement of the Amendments to the University’s Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Merit Pay Program

本校「彈性薪資實施辦法」業經115年7月17日董事會議修正通過，並於115年8月5日經教育部核備。

本次修正條文為第4條、第6條、第9條、第13條及附表一。

The University’s Regulations Governing the Implementation of the Merit Pay Program were amended and approved by the Board of Directors on July 17, 2026, and subsequently approved for record by the Ministry of Education on August 5, 2026.

The amendments concern Articles 4, 6, 9, and 13, as well as Appendix 1.
