學生事務處和總務處配合分流實體上課措施指引說明 (公告日期:110年9月20日)

一、宿舍入住

實施實體課程分流上課期間,宿舍不管制入住,同學可選擇住家或宿舍,惟住宿期間悉依「文藻外語大學宿舍輔導及管理辦法」實施管理,在規定時間點名及請假;專科低年級同學,晚上7:30-9:30仍須實施晚自習。9月13日開學至今未曾規定學生不可入住宿舍,主動退宿之退費問題依據前述辦法處理。

二、COVID-19疫苗(BNT)校園接種

 本校110年度COVID-19疫苗(BNT)校園集體接種時間為10月13日(三)、10月14日(四),負責的醫療團隊為王建安診所,各班排序施打期程另行公告。

三、每天固定環境清潔消毒

  1. 上午配合專科部低年級、大一勞作教育清潔消毒。
  2. 中午專科部低年級自行進行教室消毒、使用非固定教室之學生請自行進行桌椅消毒,生輔組另派員進行重點區域消毒。

四、早自修、勞作教育、午餐

  1. 勞作教育外掃區區域不變,但因應班級人數減少,請正副服務股長視掃區狀況及人力重新工作分配,分流入校期間,勞作教育、生活好模範皆不實施評分。
  2. 專一至專三勞作教育與早自修點名照常實施。
  3. 專一至專三維持實體上課期間(含中午)在校內之規定,中午用餐依防疫指引使用校園室內與戶外用餐區。

五、班級幹部運作

  1. 分流入校期間,各班級幹部可指定固定同學擔任代理人,輪流並共同協助班級事務處理。導師可斟酌代理人之表現,於期末敘獎。
  2. 班級幹部群組仍以原幹部進行相關訊息轉達。

六、疫苗接種請假

  1. 疫苗接種公假以三天為原則(含接種日),接種後有不良反應情形者,均可申請(疫苗接種給假標準如政府規範異動,將配合調整),必要時得延長。申請手續須檢附疫苗施打證明(例如COVID-19 疫苗接種紀錄卡),於接種日當天起,於3天內至網路請假作業完成請假手續,事由請輸� J「疫苗接種」,公假指導單位日間部學生請選擇「生活輔導組郭瑄尹」/進修部學生選擇「進修部學生事務組鍾佩涵」,再按送出,可依自身接種反應狀況逐日申請。
  2. 超過疫苗接種給假3天數者,除附上接種證明外,另需附上就醫證明。如有特殊狀況,請與生活輔導組/進修部學務組聯繫。
  3. 公假(包含符合規範之防疫相關請假)不列入出席紀錄。

七、各項弱勢助學計畫申請

    入校學生可實體繳交,非入校學生可郵寄繳交,惟請注意各項申請截止日期、資料齊全等項。

八、工讀生入校說明

   工讀生(包含TA、計畫案兼任助理)可入校工作,但仍須遵守單雙號週次入班上課之規範。如上班當週屬於線上課程,請先規劃進行線上課程的場域並與用人單位重新協調班表。

九、學生社團活動辦理

 社團課程可依實際需要進行分流或調整為線上形式辦理,如需辦理活動請確遵「大專校院 110 學年度因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎防疫管理指引」,並依規定流程完成線上計畫書申請及審核,經核定後始准辦理。如無法依前述規定規劃完善之防疫配套措施,建議調整辦理形式(線上)、縮小活動規模及人數或取消、延後辦理。餘請參閱110年9月17日「文藻外語大學110學年度學生社團注意事項公告」(附件一)(https://d006.wzu.edu.tw/article/494402)。

十、諮商晤談與輔導

依教育部臺教學(三)字第1100124574號函示,為保障學生輔導權益及促進學生心理健康,針對學生因疫情不到校期間,專業輔導人員依學生輔導法對於學生以通訊方式施以關懷與諮商輔導,適用「嚴重特殊傳染性疾病期間各級學校及學生輔導諮商中心通訊關懷與輔導諮商參考原則」相關規定。諮商與輔導中心持續提供學生個別晤談等服務,學生不到校期間得選擇通訊輔導,經專業輔導人員評估必須到校實體晤談者,則轉為實體輔導。

十一、學生職涯輔導活動

生涯講座、職涯活動、實習機會及創業講座請參閱生涯發展中心網頁公告 (https://d009.wzu.edu.tw/)。

十二、進入校園健康監測

依照中央疫情指揮中心規定,學生進入校園全面量測體溫,實施實聯制、全程配戴口罩,本校民族路與鼎中路入校動線,請參照【附件二】;出入校內特定場域如圖書館、體育館、學生餐廳、便利商店等處,請配合於入口處完成實聯登錄後進入。

十三、校內餐飲

防疫期間已規劃3處室內用餐區,7處戶外用餐區,請參照【附件三】,室內用餐區均已設置隔板,室內與戶外用餐區用餐請依梅花座標示入座,維持社交距離,用餐時可暫時脫下口罩,避免交談,用餐完畢應立即配帶口罩,教室內用餐建議使用個人防疫隔板。鼓勵使用校內訂餐APP以及外帶方式取用餐點,室內與戶外用餐區,每日均會派專人清消。

十四、教室空調使用

門窗不得完全密閉,請協助授課教師注意教室對角處各開啟一扇窗,每扇窗至少開啟15公分,維持室內通風良好。

十五、學生專車搭乘

搭乘台南線校車同學,往返程上車後請依照座次表入座固定位置,專車每日發車前均會全車清消,請安心搭乘。

十六、其他

   若有未盡事宜,依學校法規及最新公布之指引為準。

The Office of Student  and  General  Affairs’ Guideline for Hybrid Schooling

一、Dormitory admission
The University will impose no limit on dorm admission during hybrid schooling, and students can choose to remain at home or stay at the dorm on the condition that they abide by the Regulations Governing Dormitory Management and Dorm Residents Assistance, attending classes on time and taking leaves accordingly. However, first to third-grade students of the five-year junior college living in the dormitory must stay in their rooms between 19:30 and 21:30. Although the University never issues rules preventing students from living in the dorm, if students wish to withdraw their dorm applications, the school shall refund the dorm fee following the regulation mentioned above in this passage.

二、Vaccination for COVID-19 on campus
 Vaccination on campus for the 2021 academic year is scheduled on October 13th (Wed) and 14th (Thu), and students will be given the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. The medical staff from Dr. An Pediatrician will be inoculating students on site. Students shall go to the vaccination site by class, and a schedule with designated times for individual classes will be published later.

三、Regular sanitization

  1. The campus will be sanitized in the morning as first to third-grade students of the five-year junior college and first-year university students do their mandatory cleaning work.
  2. First to third-grade students of the five-year junior college shall sanitize their classrooms during lunch breaks while students moving around different classrooms shall clean tables and chairs that they will be using for class on their own. Faculty members from the Division of Student Assistance will also be dispatched to disinfect highlighted areas.

四、Homeroom, campus cleaning, and lunch break

  1. Cleaning areas will not be redrawn, but since there will be fewer students at the University, students in charge of cleaning public areas can redistribute work among fellow students accordingly. During the hybrid schooling period, the University will not evaluate cleaning work and student discipline.
  2. Roll calls at cleaning work and homerooms shall be performed as usual for first to third-year junior college students.
  3. When the University returns to face-to-face lectures, first to third-year junior college students shall follow pertinent rules issued by the University as they have lunch indoor or outdoor on campus.

五、Class administration

  1. During the hybrid schooling period, class administrators can assign deputies to do their jobs when they are not on campus, and homeroom teachers can reward the deputies for their good performance at the end of the semester.
  2. Messages are communicated to class administrator group by original class administrators.

 六、Vaccine leave

  1. Students may apply for three days of vaccine leave (including the day of vaccination) should they suffer from the vaccine's side effects. The vaccine leave can be extended if necessary. The University may adjust the standard for granting vaccine leave according to the government’s policy. The applicant may apply for vaccine leave online and provide proof of vaccination (such as the COVID-19 vaccination record issued by the Centers for Disease Control) within three days after receiving the shot. When filling in the application form online, the student shall type “vaccination” in the description box. Day-division students applying for official leave to receive vaccination shall select the option “Guo Hsuan-yi of the Division of Student Assistance” from the pull-down menu on the application page, while those from the Division of Continuing Education shall select the option “Zhong Pei-han from the Division of Student Affairs.” Students are advised to apply for vaccine leave on a day-by-day basis according to their conditions instead of applying for three days at once.
  2. Should the student need more than three days of vaccine leave, he/she shall attach proof of vaccination and a diagnosis certificate. Those with special needs shall contact the Division of Student Assistance or the Division of Continuing Education.
  3. Official leave (including pandemic-related leave filed according to the regulation) will be excluded from the student’s attendance record.

七、Applying for subsidies or grants for disadvantaged students
       Students may submit applications by post or in person, but they shall make sure all required documents are submitted on time.

八、Part-time workers entering the campus
        Part-time workers (including teaching assistants and part-time project assistants) can enter the University for work, but they must follow the hybrid    schooling rules. If the class they are working in is to be taught online, they shall secure an environment suitable for online teaching and adjust their schedule with the HR office.

九、Holding student club activities
Club classes can be offered in a hybrid or online format depending on actual needs. If there is a need to organize activities, please make sure to follow the Guidelines for the Prevention and Management of COVID-19 in Colleges and Universities in the 2021 Academic Year, while submitting a proposal application and having it reviewed online according to the specified procedure. Only after approval has been granted can the activities be held. In the event of not being able to formulate comprehensive prevention measures in accordance with the above regulation, adjusting the method of holding activities (e.g., holding activities online), scaling down the activities and number of participants, cancelling the activities, or postponing the activities. 十、Consultation, interview, and counseling
According to Letter Tai-Jiao-Xue (3) Zi No. 1100124574 issued by the Ministry of Education, the care and counseling provided by professional counseling personnel to students via telecommunication methods (to ensure students’ rights to counseling and to promote students’ mental and physical health when they are not on campus during the epidemic) according to the Student Guidance and Counseling Act should comply with the “Principles for Providing Counseling and Care Via Telecommunication Methods by School and Student Consultation Centers During the COVID-19 Period.” Consultation and counseling centers shall continue to provide students with individual interviews. When students cannot be physically in school, they can choose telecommunication counseling. Those who are deemed by professional counseling personnel to need to be at school for physical interview shall be transferred to physical counseling.

十一、Student Career Consultation Activities

十二、Health monitoring for school entry
According to CECC rules, students entering campus must have their temperature taken and register their presence. Students shall wear masks at all times. [Attachment 2] shows the entry area for Minzu Rd. and Dingzhong Rd. To enter special areas on campus, such as the library, gymnasium, cafeteria, or convenience store, please cooperate with name registration at the entrance.

十三、Dining in school
For the three indoor dining areas and the seven outdoor dining areas during the epidemic prevention period, see [Attachment 3]. Separation boards have been set up in the indoor dining area. For both the indoor and outdoor dining area, please follow the checkerboard seating sign and keep social distance. Mask can be removed during dining. Avoid talking and put your mask on immediately after eating. For eating inside the classroom, a personal separation board is recommended. We encourage the use of the in-school meal-ordering APP and take-out meals. The indoor and outdoor dining area will be disinfected daily by designated personnel.

十四、Use of classroom air conditioning
The windows and doors shall not be sealed completely. Please have the assistant professors open a window at each corner of the room. Each window shall be opened at least 15 cm to maintain good air ventilation.

十五、Riding the student bus
Students taking the Tainan Line school bus shall sit in in a fixed seat according to the seating chart. The bus will be disinfected daily before departure so you can take the bus safely.

十六、Other
For unspecified items, follow the school regulations and the newest announcements.
