Manuel Zehr (曹馬諾)為再生能源業者、赫瑞瓦特大學海洋再生能源經濟相關碩士，
將分享歐洲鄉鎮社區如何100%仰賴再生能源與能源自給，以及這些能源自給的鄉鎮如何拓展經濟。
Renewable energy entrepreneur and Heriot-Watt University Master of Science in Economics of Renewable Marine Energy,
Manuel Zehr (曹馬諾), elaborates on how communities and villages in Europe become 100% renewable energy and
self-sustainable and what economic expansions these energy-autarkic villages developed.
