各位老師好：收信平安！

首先非常感謝各位老師一直以來為了培育文藻的每一位學生，所付出的心力，慧玲銘感五內！

為了兼顧文藻人才培育的目標，以及學校永續發展的考量，我們在112學年度第1學期的開課規範做了一些調整，請各位老師藉此機會檢視系所的專業課程應該如何適度調整來回應時代的需求。此次規範的調整只是課程精進過程的起步，後續我們將籌組課程精進委員會，逐步討論校共同必修課的內容及學分配置規劃，期許透過資料分析與座談討論的過程，凝聚理想課程架構的共識，並據以推動課程架構的調整，以達成文藻之教育使命。讓我們齊心協力，團結一致來落實課程精進的目標！

Dear faculty members,

May this email finds you well. First, allow me to express my gratitude from the depths of my heart to all teachers, who have dedicated great efforts to educate our Wenzaorians.

In order to strive for both the goals of talent cultivation and those of sustainable development at the institutional level, we are going to make some modification on the course offer criteria starting from the fall semester of 2023 Academic Year. I am seeking your cooperation to examine the professional courses and figure out how they can be properly adjusted to address to the challenges of the new era. The modification of the criteria is only the first step for course refinement, to be followed shortly by organizing a course refinement committee, which will conduct a series of discussion on planning for university-wide required courses in terms of course content and credits. Hopefully through data analysis and thorough discussion in the meetings, we will be able to form consensus on constructing a common frame for our ideal courses. Only when the adjustment is built on this common ground can the follow-up measures be successfully implemented and Wenzao's education mission be effectively fulfilled. Let's stay together on the same boat, making the goals of course refinement a reality.
