親愛的師長/同學，您好，

自112學年度起，「教學助理」與本校「工讀生」之培訓系統採分流規劃，本校各系所之「教學助理」皆須事先參加本中心舉辦之TA培訓，請您於規劃/申請新課TA時，務必提醒/確認TA已事先參加過教學助理培訓。

112學年度第2學期教學助理培訓相關資訊如下：
1.   報名網址： https://enroll.wzu.edu.tw//WZActivityFront/#/Activity/Detail?Id=1068
2.   報名截止時間：即日起至113年2月29日(四)中午12:00前。預計3月1日(五)寄發通知。
3.   培訓時間：2024年3月4日(星期一)00時00分起至3月24日(星期日)23時59分止。
4.   培訓方式：雲端學園(非同步線上)。
5.   語言：中文。
6.    證書取得資格：於規定培訓時間內完成所有課程指定條件(完成測驗、作業、問卷等)。

※可免參加對象※
1. 已經取得本中心109學年度(含)之前、112學年度第一學期的教學助理證書。
2. 已經修完110學年度或111學年度(不包含112學年度)「工其有備-跨領域職場實務」微學分課程並取得學分。

Dear faculty members and students,

Thank you for your time and attention! This is a letter informing you about the training of teaching assistant (TA) and its regarding information.

Starting from the 2023 Academic Year, the training of "Teaching Assistant" has been redesigned to adopt a differentiated approach from " Part-time Administrative Assistant " for students at school. All Teaching Assistants from various departments are now required to attend the TA training organized by the Center for Faculty Development (CFD). Please ensure to confirm that each TA candidate has participated in and completed the TA Training Workshop / Program before applying for the new TA position.

Kindly please find the following information regarding the TA Training Workshop / Program for the spring semester of the 2024 academic year:
1.   Enrollment URL: https://enroll.wzu.edu.tw//WZActivityFront/#/Activity/Detail?Id=1068
2.   Enrollment Deadlines: Please enroll by 12:00 on February 29, 2024. Expected to send out notifications on March 1st, 2024.
3.   Training Dates: From 3/4/2024 to 3/24/2024.
4.   Channel & Form: Cloud e-Learning(Asynchronous Online).
5.   Instructional Language: Chinese.
6.   Conditions for obtaining certificate: Completion of all course-specific requirements (tests, assignments, surveys, etc.) within the specified training period is a MUST.

※Exempted Audience※
1. Students who have already acquired the certificate from CFD the Fall Semester 2023 and before the Fall Semester 2020.
2. Students who have already completed the course “Cross-disciplinary Workplace Practice” credits in 2021 or 2022 NOT including 2023.
