敬愛的老師您好，

根據教育部來函調查通知，若您有需求進行產業研習或研究（六年認列），請於民國113年6月28日下午5點前填寫「教師進行產業研習或研究透過產學連結合作育才平臺媒合需求調查表」。

教育部將透過「產學連結合作育才平臺」協助進行媒合，由本校產官學合作組統一彙整報部。本次協助媒合的研習或研究類型包括：

(1)至合作機構或產業進行實地服務或研究

(2)與合作機構或產業共同進行產學合作計畫案

(3)參與學校與合作機構或產業共同規劃舉辦的深度實務研習

Dear faculty members,

According to the inquiry notice from the Ministry of Education, if you have a need for industry training or research (once-in-every-six-year Industry-Government-Academia project), please complete the "Teacher Industry Training or Research Demand Through Industry-Academia Collaboration Talent Cultivation Platform Survey Form" by 5:00 PM on June 28, 2024.

The Ministry of Education will assist in matching through the "Industry-Academia Collaboration Talent Cultivation Platform". The contact point to the Ministry of Education is the Industry-Government-Academia Collaboration Section. Please complete it by June 28, 2024. The types of training or research available for assistance include:

(1)On-site service or research at collaborating institutions or industries

(2)Collaborative projects with partnering institutions or industries

(3)Participating in in-depth practical internships by the school and collaborating institutions or industries
